New luxury home built from the ground up, new construction. In partnership with the builders we were brought in as the design consultant to review the current plans and advise on the final finishes. We made some changes to the original vision to maximize the appeal to the buyer pool that we have worked closely with in the area. By selecting the final design finishes and tweaking the layouts, we were able to bring together the builders vision while maximizing the practicality and flow of each space within the home for continuity and maximum return on investment.
