Built in 1952, this all original ranch house charmer was in need of a major overhaul to bring it up to today’s standards for re-sale. We were brought in by the Listing Agent to come up with a new vision for this family home in the hopes of capitalizing on as much return on investment as possible for our sellers. While keeping the strong bones and existing floor plan of the home, we created a full design and project plan from new exterior painting and finishes, full interior painting, new lighting and finishes throughout, original hardwood floor refinishing to a full landscape refresh. At the end of a few short weeks we were able to transform this space into a warm, welcoming haven ready for it’s new owners while also achieving our client’s goals of multiple offers and a sale well over the asking price.
